Investment casting

The fast way to build complex prototypes in very small quantities without the use of tools is the Solicast® process developed by Schneider Prototyping. Solicast® pieces are ideally suited for functional demonstrations during meetings, as exhibition pieces or as the first functional pieces for prototype tests.

Using the Solicast® process, thin walled prototypes can be cast under vacumm up to a size of 450 x 450 x 200 mm in accordance with DIN EN 8062-3 CT6.
