Sand Casting

Using the sand casting process, prototypes with a wall thickness greater than 2mm can be cast up to a size of 2000 x 1500 x 300 mm and a weight of 100 kg. These pieces have tolerances in accordance with DIN EN 8062-3 CT8.

We can cast your production alloy in aluminium, magnesium, zinc, ductile and cast iron.
